Miami Global Business Club
Capital, policy, principals. One room.
in Brickell, Miami's Financial District.

The US–Ibero-American business corridor is decided at Miami. By nomination.

The corridor between the United States and Ibero-America is being repriced by a shift in hemispheric policy.

Miami Global Business Club is a private, verification-based institution that convenes principals — investors, operators, and public-sector leadership — across that corridor.

The Club reads the policy so members move ahead of it, not after, and transact with one another under its structure. Standing here is by nomination.

WASHINGTON

The hemisphere's reopening —Colombia, Venezuela, and in time Cuba— now sits firmly on Washington's agenda. Policy is moving. Capital follows policy.

sec2 2.jpg
CARACAS

Venezuela has returned to the multilateral financial system after more than a decade outside it — the first institutional step in what will be a generational reconstruction.

BOGOTÁ

A new administration in Colombia has aligned itself openly with enterprise and with Washington, restoring a bilateral confidence the corridor has not seen in years.

HEMISPHERIC SHIFT, THE MOMENT

2026 has reshaped the corridor.

III — STRUCTURE

Mandates, confidentiality instruments, and a double-consent mechanism under which members transact directly with one another — with the Club as the trust layer, never the broker.

II — TRUST

Every member is verified before entering. Certainty about the counterpart is the scarcest asset in cross-border business; here, it is the price of admission.

01-access.png
I — ACCESS

Standing in verified rooms — principals, capital, operators, and public-sector leadership — that do not assemble anywhere else in this hemisphere on these terms.

WHAT THE CLUB IS

Three things. Deliberately only three.

A hemisphere that spent a decade closing is now, deliberately and constructively, reopening.
The map between Washington and the region is being redrawn — in favor of those prepared to act on it.

The Club works for the room, not for any single member. It does not hunt opportunities on anyone's behalf — it builds the place where opportunity recognizes you. What members build here, they build themselves, alongside people worth building with. The Club amplifies the active.

TRANSACT

When two mandates correspond, both parties consent before either learns the other's identity. Members then negotiate and close directly, under the Club's confidentiality instruments.

3

icon-03-convene.png
CONVENE

The room assembles: private briefings, working tables, and the annual Summit — occasions built for principals, not audiences.

2

icon-02-verify.png
VERIFY

The Club verifies. Identity, trajectory, and capacity — before any introduction is ever contemplated. No exceptions, at any level.

1

icon-01-bring.png
BRING

Members bring mandates — a company seeking capital, capital seeking placement, an asset seeking its counterpart. Each mandate is registered in confidence.

HOW THE CLUB WORKS

Members transact with each other.
The Club makes that possible.
